Stewed Green Beans With Meat Recipe
Serving : 6 Servings
Ingredients
- 500 gr. green beans,
- 300 gr. beef cut into bite-size pieces,
- 1 onion,
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste,
- 2 teaspoons paprika,
- 1/4 cup olive oil,
- Salt.
Preparation
- Place the meat in a pot and cook over low heat until it absorbs all the water it initially releases, stirring occasionally,
- Add the olive oil and stir,
- Now add the finely chopped onion and cook until the onions are softened,
- Add the tomato paste and stir for 2-3 mins,
- Add the paprika and stir,
- Add the green beans and cook until they get darker in color,
- Add enough water to the pot to submerge the green beans,
- Cook until the green beans and the meat are fully softened and cooked,
- Add the salt, stir and cook for 1-2 mins, then remove from heat.
