Chocolate Poke Cake Recipe

Serving : 10-12 Servings
Ingredients
For the cake;
- 3 eggs,
 - 1 cup of sugar,
 - 1,5 cups of milk,
 - 3/4 cup of vegetable oil,
 - 3 cups of flour,
 - 10 g baking powder,
 - 10 g vanilin sugar.
 
For the pudding;
- 5 cups of milk,
 - 2 heaping spoons of flour,
 - 2 heaping spoons of starch,
 - 3/4 cup of sugar,
 - 1 egg,
 - 2 heaping spoon of cacao powder,
 - 1 tablespoon butter,
 - 40 g bitter chocolate.
 
For topping;
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder,
 
Preparation
- For the cake, whip up the eggs and sugar to a creamy consistency,
 - Add oil and milk and beat until well mixed,
 - Add the flour gradually and continue beating,
 - Add vanilin sugar together with flour, whip,
 - Pour the mixture into a 25 *36 cm greased baking pan,
 - Bake the cake in a 170 C degrees pre-heated oven until the toothpick comes clean,
 - Take it from the oven and let it cool,
 - After the cake is completely cooled, open holes on top with the handle of a wooden spoon,
 - For the pudding, beat the ingredients, except butter and chocolate, until no lumps,
 - Cook constantly stirring in medium heat until set,
 - Add butter and chocolate, mix until melted and remove from heat,
 - Pour slowly over the cake immediately,
 - Sprinkle with cocoa powder with a strainer on it,
 - Keep it at room temeperature until cools downi then put in the refrigirator.
