Chocolate Covered Raisin and Nuts Recipe

 

Chocolate Covered Raisin and Nuts Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 100 g bitter chocolate,
  • 100 g milk chocolate,
  • 100 g raisin,
  • 100 g nuts.

Preparation:

  1. Melt the chocolates in bain marie,
  2. Halve the chocolate in 2 seperate bowls,
  3. Add raisins in one bowl and nuts in other and mix well,
  4. With the help of a dessert spoon share the mixtures in tiny muffin molds,
  5. Put the chocolates to the fridge and wait until chocolate sets.
