Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs,
  • 1/2 cup sugar,
  • 2 tbsp. butter,
  • 180 gr semi-sweet chocolate,
  • 2 tbsp. flour,
  • 2 tbsp. cacao powder,
  • 5 gr. vanilla sugar,
  • 1 tsp. baking powder,
  • Butter and sugar for coating the remekins.

Preparation:

  1. Melt chocolate and butter in microwave,
  2. In a miximg bowl beta agss with sugar,
  3. Add flour, cacao powder, vanilla sugar and paking powder and beat until well blended,
  4. Add melted chocolate-butter mixture and beat again,
  5. Grease 6 remekins with butter and sprikle some sugar inside,
  6. Pour the batter into remekins,
  7. Bake in a 180 C pre-heated oven for 10 mins.
  8. Serve hot or warm.
