Chicken With Lemon Sauce Chicken With Lemon Sauce


  • 500 g chicken,
  • 4 cups water,
  • 1 egg yolk,
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon,
  • 1 tbsp flour,
  • Salt and pepper to taste.


  1. Wash and drain chicken and put into a pressured cooker,
  2. Add water, cover the lid,
  3. Cook until tender,
  4. Remove the chickens from the cooker,
  5. Drain the broth and transfer into a smaller pot,
  6. In a different bowl beat egg yolk, lemon juice and flour together,
  7. Pour a scoop of hot chicken broth and mix fast,
  8. Pour the mixture back into the pot and mix well,
  9. cook until boiling, constantly stirring,
  10. Add salt and pepper and chicken, cook for another 1-2 mins, remove from heat.
