- 8 chickendeumsticks,
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce,
- 1 tablespoon honey,
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil,
- 1 clove of garlic,
- 1 thin slice of fresh ginger.
- In a deep bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, shredded garlic and grated ginger well,
- Put the drumsticks into the mixture and mix well and let it rest for 1 hour in the fridge,
- Place the drumsticks into a greased baking pan,
- Bake in a 190 degrees preheated oven until tender.
