Fresh Mint Omelette Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 3 eggs,
- 1/2 cup heavy cream,
- 1/4 cup minced fresh mint,
- 2 teaspoons butter,
- Salt.
Preparation
- Beat the eggs in a bowl,
- Add the heavy cream and continue whisking,
- Now add the minced mint and salt then whisk,
- Melt the butter in a saucepan,
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook over low heat (lid on) for 5-6 mins or until the eggs are set.
