- 4 red peppers,
- 4 thin slices of halloumi cheese.
- Roast the peppers (either in oven or over stove), peel the skins off,
- Remove the seeds,
- Fry the cheese in a small non-stick frying pan on both sides,
- Place 1 slice of cheese into each piece of roasted pepper,
- Serve warm alone or on top of a salad.
