Halloumi Cheese Filled Roasted Red Pepper Recipe

Halloumi Cheese Filled Roasted Red Pepper Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 red peppers,
  • 4 thin slices of halloumi cheese.

Preparation:

  1. Roast the peppers (either in oven or over stove), peel the skins off,
  2. Remove the seeds,
  3. Fry the cheese in a small non-stick frying pan on both sides,
  4. Place 1 slice of cheese into each piece of roasted pepper,
  5. Serve warm alone or on top of a salad.
