Easy Quiche Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 2 20*10 cm puff pastries,
- 400 g cottage cheese,
- 4 green bell peppers,
- 3 red bell peppers,
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil,
- 1 tsp butter,
- 1 tomato.
Preparation
- Transfer puff pastries to room temperature,
- Chop bell peppers in large pieces,
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan,
- Add peppers and cook untik tender,
- When pastries becomes soft enough expand 3 cms both in long and short edges with a roller,
- Grease a 22*22 cm baking dish with the butter,
- Set the puff pastries in the dish, one will be 1 cm on top of other,
- Press with your fingers and bond pastries to each other,
- Make holes on top with a fork,
- Bake at 200 C degrees preheated oven for 5 mins.,
- Remove from oven and even the top by pressing slightly with the back of a spoon, do not touch the edges,
- Remove peppers from the cooker and add cheese (and salt if the cheese is saltless), combine well,
- Pour the mixture on top of the baked pastry and even the top,
- Cut tomato into half moon slices and set on top of the quiche,
- Bake again until domtaoes are tender and the dges are crispy.
