Baked Crispy Drumsticks Recipe
Again I have a simple recipe that will save the day easily, crispy chicken drumsticks baked in the oven. A healthy alternative to deep fried chicken drumsticks. As all alternatives to the foods fried in oil, I will make my general reminder for the oven recipes. Foods that are fried in oil are more delicious than those baked in the oven. This pre-acceptance arises my own taste by the way. I'm leaning in front of those who think otherwise.
But this pre-acceptance doesn't mean the baked drumsticks are tasteless. It is even far above my expectations. The same goes for baked parmesan chicken. Every time I eat, it's flavor amazes me again and again.
Now let's about the ingredients a little bit...
Can I use different parts of the chicken?
You can try. I haven't used every single part, I can't, so I can't count one by one. If you wonder or if you don't have any other chance you can try with different parts.
Can I Do It Without eggs?
The egg is used for binding conflour to the chicken. It is the best binder in the kitchen, so there is no one-to-one alternative. But in case of a health problem such as egg allergy, instead of giving up the recipe, you can use a less binding material such as yogurt.
What Can I Use Instead of Corn Flour?
Corn flour gives very successful results in terms of crunchiness. But if you don't have it or you can't eat it somehow you can use breadcrumbs or flour.
