Mini Mole Cakes Recipe

Ingredients
For Cake;
- 4 eggs,
- 1/4 cup sugar,
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil,
- 1/2 cup milk,
- 1 cup flour,
- 2 scoopful of cocoa powder,
- 1 tsp baking powder.
For Filling Cream;
- 2 cups milk,
- 1 cup flour,
- 1/2 cup sugar,
- 1 scoopful of cocoa powder,
- 20 g chocolate.
For Filling;
- 2 bananas.
For Topping;
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts.
Preparation
- For cream beat milk, flour, sugar, cocoa powder in a sauce pan,
- Cook constantly stirring until set,
- Add chocolate, mix and remove from heat,
- Stir occasionally until cools,
- For cake beat aggs and sugar together,
- Add milk and oil, mix,
- Add flour, cocoa powder and baking powder, mif well,
- Pour the batter into a baking pan covered with parchement paper,
- Bake in a 180 C degrees pre-heated oven for 10 mins.,
- Set aside to cool,
- Cut with round cookie molds or a large mouth glass,
- Pulse the remaining cake pieces with hazelnuts into crumbs,
- Put a slice of banana on each cake base,
- Pour some cream filling and cover with cake+hazelnuts crumbs.
