Frozen Chocolate and Banana Parfait Recipe

Frozen Chocolate and Banana Parfait Recipe

Since I wanted a thick sliced parfait, I kept the amount of cream generous. If thinner is enough, you can use all the materials in half measure or use a 24-26 cm mold instead of a 21 cm mold.

Cream Doesn't Darken

If you say that I am whipping the cream and it does not thicken, change the brand of your cream. In such recipes, where the cream must be thickened by whipping, liquid creams do not give successful results, unfortunately. When we whip the cream, a lot of air enters it and its volume increases in this way. If this recipe was made by mixing the cream, not whipping it, for example, it would probably only be half the thickness of this version.

Why Did Mine Have a Different Color?

Chocolate grains are chosen in the parfait when you look carefully. There is nothing extra that is not written in the recipe. Just because I added the chocolates before they were completely melted, there were some leftovers in it. I used milk chocolate, by the way, because I only had it on hand. This is the color you will get with milk chocolate. If you use bitter, the color will be darker. Actually, I am very uncomfortable even having to explain about the color, but I still think I couldn't explain the fact that each product will give different results in recipes and that its color, texture and smell will be different. A lot of people's biggest concern with recipes is "why did mine turn out to be a different color?" is happening. How do you expect the food made by different people with different ingredients to be exactly the same when even children born to the same parents are not alike, my dears?

Fresh Or Frozen

By the way, you can use fresh or frozen raspberries or not at all. If you don't use it, you don't need to make any other changes in the recipe. You can use different fruits in it, but this is entirely your responsibility, don't expect me to make a list one by one just in case this doesn't happen. This is how I did it. If you want to change, of course you can, but please take your own risk.
