Easy Cezerye Recipe
While we were trying to enjoy summer vegetables and share special recipes for Eid-al-Adha, diet recipes have been a bit neglected lately. Admit it, many of you have given up on healthy eating a little bit in the summer. By the way, I'm looking for a friend so I hope I'm not alone. We got a new waffle maker in the middle of summer and we're in trouble. It's breakfast time, let's make waffles, we craved sweets. I took a break this term. Maybe a few diet recipes will come out, who knows.
Suitable for Snacks
Give this cezerye recipe a diet anyway, don't think that I'll eat 3-5 from there. First of all, do not forget that many foods that dietitians and healthy nutritionists have opened can be as high-calorie as unhealthy snacks. The ingredients used in this recipe are also in this high-calorie healthy food category. That's why the resulting cezerye is not so innocent in terms of calories. If you are on a calorie-counting diet, be sure to check the calorie count. Apart from this, it is a very suitable recipe for snacks, as it does not contain ingredients such as flour, oil, sugar, which are recommended not to be consumed in diets or to be consumed less.
Be careful
Thanks to its intense taste, it is a blessing that cannot be found in diets in terms of satisfying people even with a small amount. 1 of them is enough to give a very comfortable feeling of fullness. However, if you are on a diet under the control of a doctor, consult your dietitian or doctor before consuming. It may contain content that is not suitable for your diet. Don't make mistakes when you think you're doing something good.
