Chicken Cauliflower Recipe
Serving : 6 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken breast, chopped,
- 1/2 head medium cauliflower,
- 1 onion, chopped,
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste,
- 1 tsp ground paprika,
- 1 tsp flour,
- 1 tablespoon butter,
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil,
- Salt to taste,
- 4 cups of water at room temperature.
Preparation
- Separate cauliflower into florets,
- Wash and drain,
- In a large pan heat vegetable oil and butter,
- Add into the chickken and cook until it changed colour,
- Add tomato paste and cook, constantly stirring, for a few mins.,
- Add flour and paprika and cook for another 2 mins.,
- Add cauliflowers and 4 cups of water,
- Cover the lid and cook until cauliflowers are tender,
- Add salt, stir and remove from heat.
