Ingredients

  • 500g of cauliflower
  • 1 red pepper, finely chopped,
  • 1 carrot, grated,
  • 1 egg,
  • 2 tbsp of flour,
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper,
  • 1 tsp of cumin,
  • Salt,
  • Pepper,
  • Olive oil for frying.

Preparation

  1. In a food processor process cauliflower until grainy,
  2. Take into a kitchen cloth and squeze to remove excess water,
  3. In a bowl beat the egg,
  4. Add flour, salt and spices and keep beating,
  5. Add cauliflower, carrot and red pepper and stir well,
  6. Heat olive oil in a large pan,
  7. Pour the mixture into the pan with a spoon and fry both sides.
