- 300 g cauliflower
- 1 red pepper, finely chopped,
- 3 tbsp flour,
- 1 cup milk,
- 1/2 tsp black pepper,
- 1 tsp cumin,
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil for frying.
- In a food processor process cauliflower until grainy,
- In a bowl beat the egg and milk,
- Add flour, salt and spices and keep beating,
- Add cauliflower and red pepper and stir well,
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan,
- Pour the mixture into the pan with a spoon and fry both sides.
