Cauliflower Hash Browns

Ingredients
- 500g of cauliflower
- 1 red pepper, finely chopped,
- 1 carrot, grated,
- 1 egg,
- 2 tbsp of flour,
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper,
- 1 tsp of cumin,
- Salt,
- Vegetable oil for frying.
Preparation
- In a food processor process cauliflower until grainy,
- In a bowl beat the egg,
- Add flour, salt and spices and keep beating,
- Add cauliflower, carrot and red pepper and stir well,
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan,
- Pour the mixture into the pan with a spoon and fry both sides.
