Tomato Salad Recipe
One of the salads I make most often in the summer is tomato salad. It doesn't require lots of ingredients and it is easy to make because as it is chopped coarsely. Another reason is that it is a delicious salad that will allow you to enjoy delicious summer tomatoes to the last drop. Don't mind me saying it's a summer tomato. The tastiest tomatoes are found in September rather than summer months. Therefore, the best time for salads with plenty of tomatoes and for winter preparations with tomatoes is September.
September is also more suitable for winter preparations as the weather is starting to cool down gradually. Especially for pickle recipes such as gherkin pickles or for grape vinegar or apple vinegar, September is more suitable as the temperature must be below a certain degree. But today our topic is not winter preparations, of course, tomato salad. So, let's get back to where we need to be without getting distracted.
I use lemon juice and very little pomegranate syrup as a flavoring for tomato salad. But if you like it you can use any type of vinegar. The important thing is that the people who will eat the salad have fun while eating it. Some people have a tendency to learn about special ingredients used by famous chefs and try to use them in their dishes. If you like it, go for it, but don't use it just because X Chef adds cumin to the tomato and they think it's so good. The main thing in the kitchen is that the food prepared is suitable for personal preferences and taste. In this direction, changes can always be made that will not spoil the texture and consistency of the recipe.
Since the ingredients added or removed in salads do not affect the consistency or texture, the category where you can be most free to make changes is salad recipes.
Never hesitate to make changes between lemon juice, vinegar and pomegranate syrup, which are especially used to add tartness.
