Creamy Sautéed Mushroom Recipe

Ingredients
- 400g of mushrooms,
- 1 onion,
- 4-5 tablespoons of heavy cream,
- 1/4 cup of olive oil,
- Chopped parsley,
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper,
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon,
- Salt.
Preparation
- Finely chop the onion,
- Heat the oil in a skillet, add the onion and sauté until translucent,
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook them down until partly brownish,
- Add the heavy cream and stir fry for 2-3 mins,
- Add salt, chopped parsley and spices, stir and remove from heat.
