Ingredients

  • 1 cup green lentils,
  • 1 tablespoon butter,
  • 1 clove garlic,
  • 1 handful minced dill,
  • Salt.

Preparation

  1. Boil the lentils until soft (but still retaining its shape) and drain,
  2. Melt the butter and add the finely minced garlic and stir,
  3. Add the lentils and sauté over low heat for 5 mins,
  4. Add salt, black pepper and dill, then remove from heat.
