- 1 cup green lentils,
- 1 tablespoon butter,
- 1 clove garlic,
- 1 handful minced dill,
- Boil the lentils until soft (but still retaining its shape) and drain,
- Melt the butter and add the finely minced garlic and stir,
- Add the lentils and sauté over low heat for 5 mins,
- Add salt, black pepper and dill, then remove from heat.
