Wheat and Green Lentil Soup Recipe

Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup green lentils,
 - 1/2 cup wheat grain,
 - 1 tablespoon flour,
 - 2 tablespoons yogurt,
 - 1 egg yolk,
 - 5 cups of water at room temperature,
 - 2-3 tablespoons olive oil,
 - 2 teaspoons dried mint,
 - Salt to taste.
 
Preparation
- Wash and drain wheat and lentils
 - Take into a pressured cooker and cover with boiling water,
 - Cook until softened (I cooked for 20 minutes),
 - In a deep bowl mix egg yolk, yogurt and flour together,
 - Add 5 cups of water and beat to a smooth consistency,
 - Pour the mixture into a pan,
 - Add lentils and wheat,
 - Cook, constantly stirring, until thickens,
 - Add into salt, stir and remove from heat,
 - In a small saucepan heat olive oil,
 - Add into the dried mint, stir and remove from heat,
 - Pour the sauce over the soup and mix.
