Red Pepper Crepes Recipe
Serving : 4-6 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 egg,
- 1,5 cups milk,
- 1 cup flour,
- 1 teaspoons salt,
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Preparation
- Whisk together the egg, oil, milk and salt
- Stir in the flour and whisk until you get a smooth batter,
- Now stir in the finely minced parsley and red peppers,
- Cook in a non-stick teflon or ceramic pan on both sides.

- Kevser: Hi Elif, nice to meet you:) As cheese is the irreplaceable element of Turkish breakfast we eat them with cheese. You can either put feta cheese slices and roll the crepes as dürüm (I am not sure if you know it, but you can search google images), or apply cream cheese as well.
