Red Pepper Crepes Recipe
Serving : 4-6 Servings
- 1 egg,
- 1,5 cups milk,
- 1 cup flour,
- 1 teaspoons salt,
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
- Whisk together the egg, oil, milk and salt
- Stir in the flour and whisk until you get a smooth batter,
- Now stir in the finely minced parsley and red peppers,
- Cook in a non-stick teflon or ceramic pan on both sides.
