Nigella Seed Pepper Crackers

Nigella Seed Pepper Crackers

Ingredients:

  • 3  cups flour, all purpose,
  • 3/4 cup lukewarm water,
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil,
  • 3 tsps instant yeast,
  • 1 tbsp sugar,
  • 1 tsp salt,
  • 1/4 cup nigella seeds.

Preparation:

  1. In a big bowl add the water, vegetable oil, sugar and yeast and mix all together,
  2. Add flour gradually and start kneading,
  3. Add flour and knead until you reach an elastic dough,
  4. Cover the dough with a cloth and let rest in a warm place for about 30 to 40 minutes,
  5. Add nigella seeds  and knead well,
  6. Roll the dough on a floured surface and cut the in small pieces with a bottle cap,
  7. Place the crackers on a cookie sheet,
  8. Bake in a 190 C degrees preheated oven until they are nice and golden brown, remove from oven,
