Ricotta Salad Recipe


  • 2 cups ricotta,
  • 1 tomato, chopped,
  • 1 cucumber, chopped,
  • 1 green pepper, chopped,
  • 1 red pepper, chopped,
  • 1 handful of chopped parsley,
  • 1 tbsp nigella,
  • Salt and olive oil to taste.


  1. Place all chopped vegetables in a large bowl,
  2. Add salt and olive oil and mix well,
  3. Add ricotta and nigella and combine gently,
  4. Serve immediately.
