- 2 cups ricotta,
- 1 tomato, chopped,
- 1 cucumber, chopped,
- 1 green pepper, chopped,
- 1 red pepper, chopped,
- 1 handful of chopped parsley,
- 1 tbsp nigella,
- Salt and olive oil to taste.
- Place all chopped vegetables in a large bowl,
- Add salt and olive oil and mix well,
- Add ricotta and nigella and combine gently,
- Serve immediately.
