Chia Seed Crackers Recipe Chia Seed Crackers Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds,
  • 12 tablespoons water,
  • 2 tablespoons sun flower seeds,
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds,
  • 1 tablespoon of black cumin,
  • 2 tablespoons of ground walnuts,
  • Salt.

Preparation:

  1. Mix the chia seeds and water until the chia seeds absorb all the water,
  2. Add other ingredients and mix,
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking sheet covered with parchement paper, give any shape you like,
  4. Bake in a 190 C degrees pre-heated oven until crispy (for 30-40 mins.).
