Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe
Tikka masala is one of the most famous dishes of Indian cuisine. Like all Indian dishes, it is very spicy and very tasty. If you haven't tried any Indian dish at home before, chicken tikka masala can be a good starting point. Because chicken tikka masala uses less variety of spices than many other Indian dishes, and the spices used are relatively easy to find. While most spices can be found in every home, powdered coriander and garam masala, which is a spice mix, are exceptions. Although they are not available in every home, they can be found in many supermarket at affordable prices.
One thing Indian dishes have in common is that although they have a very long list of ingredients, they are not as difficult to make as this list makes you think. Chicken tikka masala is also quite easy to make, although it has a fairly long list of ingredients. In short, marinated chickens are fried in oil and then added to the prepared sauce and cooked with the sauce for a while. It does not have a special cooking method such as Yayla soup or other seasoned soups or a special preparation method that requires a hand habit such as sarma. Anyone who has a recipe in their hand can reach the desired result by adding the ingredients step by step.
The most important thing to consider when making chicken tikka masala is to stick to the marination and cooking times of the chickens. Both marinating and cooking for a long time keep the chicken tender. Hard chicken pieces in a velvety sauce will be annoying. For this reason, it is very important not to avoid the things needed to soften the chickens.
You can serve chicken tikka masala with plain rice pilaf.
