- 4 cups milk,
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon,
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger,
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper,
- 4 cloves,
- 5 cardamom seeds,
- 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg,
- 3 tablespoons honey,
- 1 tea bag.
- Put and stir together all the ingredients except the tea in a sauce pan,
- Cook the mixture over low heat until it boils,
- Add the tea bag into the mixture and let it boil for 5 minutes,
- Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes, then drain and serve right away.
