- 2 cups pumpkin seeds,
- 2 tbsps salt,
- 2 cups lukewarm water,
- 1 tbsp chilli pepper.
- Add salt to the water and stir,
- Add pumpkin seeds and stir well,
- Set aside overnight,
- Next day transfer pumpkin seeds onto paper towel and dry,
- Sprinkle chilli pepper and combine well,
- Spread seeds into a baking pan,
- Bake in a 180 C degrees pre-heated oven until crispy.
