- 4 cups milk,
- 1 cup chia seeds,
- 4 tbsps honey,
- Any fruits for your desire.
- In a deep bowl combine milk, honey and chia and mix well,
- Cover with a plastic wrap and set aside in the fridge overnight,
- Next day place the sliced fruits around a glass cup and pour the chia mixture into the cups,
- Garnish with fruits.
