Chia Pudding Recipe

Serving : 4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 4 cups milk,
  • 1 cup chia seeds,
  • 4 tbsps honey,
  • Any fruits for your desire.

Preparation

  1. In a deep bowl combine milk, honey and chia and mix well,
  2. Cover with a plastic wrap and set aside in the fridge overnight,
  3. Next day place the sliced fruits around a glass cup and pour the chia mixture into the cups,
  4. Garnish with fruits.
