Serving : 4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk,
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds,
  • 4 teaspoons honey,
  • 4 teaspoons tahini,
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds,
  • Fruits of your choice.

Instructions:

  1. In a deep bowl, whisk together the milk, honey, and chia seeds until no lumps remain (if lumps form, press them with the back of a spoon to break them up),
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight,
