Spicy Roasted Chickpeas Recipe

Spicy Roasted Chickpeas Recipe with Video

Serving : 4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 500g of boiled chickpeas,
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil,
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika,
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper,
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger,
  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric,
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cumin,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt.

Preparation

  1. Drain the chickpeas and tap dry using paper towel,
  2. In a large bowl combine the chickpeas with oil,
  3. Add all the spices and mix carefully without mashing the chickpeas,
  4. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper on a single layer,
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees Celsius for 40 mins, stirring every ten minutes in between.
