Chicken And Chickpeas With Curry
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken breast, chopped,
- 1 onion, chopped,
- 1 red pepper, chopped,
- 1 tomato, peeled and chopped,
- 1 cup canned chickpeas,
- 200 ml havy cream,
- 1 tbsp butter,
- 1 tsp curry powder,
- Sat to taste.
Preparation
- Melt the butter, add onion and sautee,
- Add chicken and sautee stirring until it turns to white and all the juice is evaporated,
- Add red pepper and sautee for 4-5 mins.,
- Add tomto and sautee for 1-2 mins,
- Add chickpeas, heavy cream, curry powder and salt and stir,
- Cook in low heat until set.
