Sinh To Bo Recipe
This smoothie is undoubtedly one of the most delicious recipes you can make with avocado. Moreover, it is very easy to make and the amount of ingredients is very few. You will be very disappointed when you try to use this alternative in every recipe you see sweetened condensed milk in it.
Just in this recipe, you can use 1/4 cup heavy cream+1/4 cup sugar instead of 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk. This alternative will of course cause some loss of flavor. Because sweetened condensed milk has a unique taste and you can feel this taste when you make sinh to bo according to the recipe. Still, in my view, I think this can be waived to simplify the recipe.

- 1 ripe avocado,
- 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk,
- 1/2 cup of milk,
- 1/2 cup of ice.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the core and peel the skin,
- Blend all the ingredients with a food processor until they get a smooth consistency,
- Take the smoothie into serving glasses and serve immediately.
