Acili Ezme Recipe
Acili ezme (or you can call it spicy tomato dip) is an indispensable appetizer of kebab shops. As soon as you sit down at the table, they bring you balloon bread and this one.
I have an interesting relationship with this dish. I love it, I can eat it every day. If you ask if you do it often, my answer is no, unfortunately. I still haven't been able to figure out why. It comes to my mind from time to time, I say I'll do it tomorrow for sure, then I forget and go. I can only do it a few times a year, postponed and postponed like this. This year, I am determined, but I will do it more often. It's not a recipe that you can get enough of a few times a year because this is it. Imagine the most delicious dish you've ever eaten, and now multiply its flavor by two, maybe you can get an approximate flavor:) The number of materials is a bit much, but they are all materials at hand. Also, it only takes a few minutes to prepare, so there is nothing to be lazy about or make excuses for.
