Arnavut Liver (Fried Liver) Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
- 500 gr liver,
- 2 tablespoons flour,
- Red pepper flakes,
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil.
- Cut the liver into cubes,
- Add some salt, red pepper flakes and flour, then stir,
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan,
- Place the liver in hot oil and cook stirring frequently,
- Serve with french fries and choped onions.
