Arnavut Liver (Fried Liver) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 500 gr liver,
  • 2 tablespoons flour,
  • Salt,
  • Red pepper flakes,
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil.

Preparation

  1. Cut the liver into cubes,
  2. Add some salt, red pepper flakes and flour, then stir,
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan,
  4. Place the liver in hot oil and cook stirring frequently,
  5. Serve with french fries and choped onions.
