- 500 gr chicken liver,
- 2-3 tablespoons flour,
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil.
- Cut the liver into bite-size pieces (remove any fat or skin)
- Tap them really dry with paper towel,
- Massage them with 2 teaspoons of salt,
- Now coat them with flour,
- Place them on a fine sieve and shake to get rid of any excess flour,
- Heat the oil in a skillet,
- Fry the liver on all sides until golden brown.
