Fried Chicken Liver Recipe

I'm sure many people will run away when it comes to chicken liver. In fact, they are not wrong. Liver (and indeed all kinds of offal) has a different flavor that not everyone can love. But compared to others, chicken liver is lighter and more delicious.

In addition, since it is cooked in a shorter time, it falls into the category of practical dishes. 10 min. for preparation, 10 mins to cook. With a simple salad like coban salad that you will prepare while it is cooked, you will have prepared an enormous dinner in 20 minutes.

Chicken liver is also one of the cheapest sources of animal protein. If you are complaining about the prices, you can add this alternative to your menus. It can also be a good option for mothers who complain that their children are not well fed. In addition, since it takes a long time to digest, it provides satiety for a long time. This recipe does not fall into the diet category due to the addition of flour and fat, but it is an excellent diet dish when grilled.

Although it creates a delicious and satisfying menu with just a salad besides roasted chicken liver, if you want to enrich it a little more, you can serve it with crispy french fries or a baked potato recipe.
