Crispy French Fries Recipe

Preparation
- Peel and cut the potatoes into 1/4 by 1/4-inch thick batons,
- In a large bowl mix them with flour and salt,
- Sift extra flour with a sieve,
- Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan,
- Add the potatotes in the oil and fry until deeply golden,
- Using a skimmer or a slotted spoon, carefully remove fries from the oil and set aside to drain on a sieve.
