Crispy Greek Lemon Potatoes Recipe

Serving : 2-4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 3-4 big sized potatoes,
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil,
  • 1 cup water,
  • Juice of 1 lemon,
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced,
  • 2 tsps semolina,
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Cut the potatoes into wedges,
  2. In a deep bowl combine oil, lemon juice, water, garlic, salt and pepper together,
  3. Add potatoes into the bowl and combine well,
  4. Por the potatoes with the juice in a roasting pan,
  5. Bake in a 180 C degrees pre-heated oven until golden in the edges (about 30-40 mins),
  6. Remove the pan and turn the potatoes unside down, add extra water if needed,
  7. Bake again unil they are golden on top.
