Crispy Greek Lemon Potatoes Recipe
Serving : 2-4 Servings
Ingredients
- 3-4 big sized potatoes,
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil,
- 1 cup water,
- Juice of 1 lemon,
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced,
- 2 tsps semolina,
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Cut the potatoes into wedges,
- In a deep bowl combine oil, lemon juice, water, garlic, salt and pepper together,
- Add potatoes into the bowl and combine well,
- Por the potatoes with the juice in a roasting pan,
- Bake in a 180 C degrees pre-heated oven until golden in the edges (about 30-40 mins),
- Remove the pan and turn the potatoes unside down, add extra water if needed,
- Bake again unil they are golden on top.
