Tahini Phyllo Rolls Recipe
Ingredients
- 15 phyllo dough sheets,
- 75 g butter (melted 1/2 cup) ,
- 2 scoopful of tahini,
- 2 scoopful of honey,
- 2 cups walnuts, pulsed finely,
- Confectioners sugar for topping.
Preparation
- Melt the butter,
- Cobine and mix together tahini and honey,
- Lay a phyllo sheet on the counter,
- Brush with melted butter,
- Lay another sheet on top and brush with butter,
- Place another sheet, brush with honey+tahini mixture, sprinkle walnut on top,
- Roll the sheets and place into a baking pan covered with parchement paper,
- Prepare the remaining sheets in the same way,
- Brush the rolls with butter and cut into 2-3 cm pieces,
- Bake in a 170 C degrees oven until golden,
- Remove from oven and sprinkle confectioners sugar on top.
