Metabolism Booster Salad Recipe

Metabolism Booster Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 stalks of green onions,
  • 5 lettuce leaves,
  • 6 stalks of rukolla,
  • 1 handful of fresh mint leaves,
  • 1 handful of parsley,
  • 1 kiwi,
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed,
  • 2-3 dried chilli peppers,
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon,
  • 1 tbsp olive oil,
  • Salt to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Chop the green leaves and trasnfer into a large bowl,
  2. Dice the kiwi and add into chpped leaves,
  3. Add lemon juice, olive oil and salt and combine well,
  4. Sprinkle flaxseed on top,
  5. Add chilli peppers whole or chopped.
