Baked Chicken Thigh with Peas Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs,
- 1 carrot, chopped,
- 2 handful of colorful cherry tomatoes,
- 1 cup of canned peas,
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste,
- 2 tablespoons olive oil,
- Black pepper,
- Salt,
- 2 cups of water.
Preparation
- Place chicken thighs and chopped carrots into a small baking dish,
- Brush with olive oil,
- Bake in a 190 C degrees oven until the chickens are tender,
- In a bowl combine tomato paste with 2 cups of water, salt and pepper, mix well,
- Pour the mixture over chickens,
- Place tomatoes into the dish also,
- Bake until the tomatoes are tender,
- Add the peas and bake again until set.
