Baked Chicken Thigh with Rosemary

Ingredients:

  • 2 skinless and boneless  chicken thigh,
  • 2-3 small potatoes,
  • 1 small onion,
  • 1 green pepper,
  • 2-3 stalks of fresh rosemary,
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil,
  • Salt.

Preparation:

  1. Rinse the thighs,
  2. Quarter the potatoes,
  3. Julienne the onion,
  4. Cut the peppers into half,
  5. Grease an oven pan,
  6. Put the thighs, potatoes, onions and green peppers into the dish,
  7. Sprinkle with olive oil, rosemary leaves, oil and salt,
  8. Cover the pan with an aluminum foil,
  9. Bake in a preheated 210 degree C oven for 35 minutes,
  10. Take out the aluminum foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
