Baked Chicken Thigh with Rosemary

Ingredients
- 2 skinless and boneless chicken thigh,
- 2-3 small potatoes,
- 1 small onion,
- 1 green pepper,
- 2-3 stalks of fresh rosemary,
- 3 tablespoons olive oil,
- Salt.
Preparation
- Rinse the thighs,
- Quarter the potatoes,
- Julienne the onion,
- Cut the peppers into half,
- Grease an oven pan,
- Put the thighs, potatoes, onions and green peppers into the dish,
- Sprinkle with olive oil, rosemary leaves, oil and salt,
- Cover the pan with an aluminum foil,
- Bake in a preheated 210 degree C oven for 35 minutes,
- Take out the aluminum foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
