  • 2 tablespoons butter,
  • 2 tablespoons cornmeal,
  • 2 cups warm water,
  • 150 gr. cheese (any melting cheese such as cheddar, provolone, swiss cheese…),
  • Salt.


  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan,
  2. Add the corn meal and stir for 1-2 mins over medium heat,
  3. Add the water and stir really well,
  4. Now add the grated cheese and cook until the cheese melts and combines with the water and butter,
  5. Serve immediately.
