Caramel Sauce Recipe

Serving : 100-150 ml

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar,
  • 1 cup milk,
  • 200 ml heavy cream.

Preparation

  1. In a large pan melt sugar,
  2. Stirring off and on, cook until it gets a dark brown color,
  3. Add milk and cream and stir fast (sugar can harden at this point, don't bother),
  4. Keep stirring and cook until sugar melts again,
  5. Cook until desired consistency,
  6. Transfer into a jar and keep at refrigerator.
