Caramel Sauce Recipe

Serving : 100-150 ml
Preparation
- In a large pan melt sugar,
- Stirring off and on, cook until it gets a dark brown color,
- Add milk and cream and stir fast (sugar can harden at this point, don't bother),
- Keep stirring and cook until sugar melts again,
- Cook until desired consistency,
- Transfer into a jar and keep at refrigerator.
