Baked Eggs With Sucuk
I promised in the breakfast table article that I published before, that the egg with cheese and sucuk in the oven. I wanted to share it before the weekend, thinking that it would be a different idea for those who want to try different presentations at the weekend breakfast tables.

The metal muffin mold is very suitable for the recipe, but if you wish, you can also make it in single silicone muffin molds. However, paper molds will not be suitable. Due to the wetness of the egg, they will get wet and tear. You can also use salami or sausage instead of sausage. I used two slices of sausage, but if you want, you can cut the sausage, salami or sausage very small and sprinkle on it. You can also use oil instead of butter.

Preparation
- Grease 6 cup muffin tray with butter,
- Crack an egg to each cup,
- Sprinkle salt on top,
- Distribute cheese on top of each egg,
- Place two slices of sucuk on top of each,
- Bake at 190 C pre-heated oven until the desired consistency.
