Pepperoni Pastries Recipe
When rolling out the dough, be sure to flour it well so that it opens easily. I rolled it 1-2 mm thick, since it swells well while baking, the thinness of the dough does not have a negative effect on its softness. While I was making the second tray, I rolled it out a little thick to fit the remaining dough into the tray, the shape of a few of them was not very smooth because it rised a lot while baking. I liked them more because the material felt more intense when I opened them thin.
I didn't have enough sausage for the last two, so I made it with feta cheese, and it was great that way. If you are going to make sausage, serve it on the same day, or even right after it comes out of the oven. I guess no one wants to eat cold sausage anyway, sausages dry out well when reheated, so the best thing is to eat them warm. I will share the video of the recipe in the next week. If you have any questions about styling, you can wait for the video.
