Eggs and Avocado Salad Recipe
Serving : 2 Servings
Ingredients
- 1/2 head lettuce,
- 1 red pepper,
- 2 boiled eggs,
- 1/2 avocado,
- Black pepper.
For sauce;
- 1 lemon juice,
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes,
- 1 tsp olive oil,
- 1 tsp ground flaxseed.
Preparation
- Chop the lettuce,
- Chop the pepper finely,
- Take lettuce and pepper in a bowl,
- Mix the sauce ingredients in a separate bowl and pour over the pepper and lettuce,
- Peel the avocado and slice it over the salad,
- Cut the eggs in half and place them on the salad,
- Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper on your eggs.
