Creme Brulee Recipe with Video
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 6 egg yolks,
- 300 ml heavy cream,
- 4 tbsps white sugar,
- 2 dessert spoons of vanilla sugar,
- 2 tablespoonfull of brown sugar.
Preparation
- Pour heavy cream in a sauce pan and cook in low heat,
- Remove from heat as soon as it starts to simmer,
- Add 4 tbsps of sugar and vanilla sugar to egg yolks and beat,
- Add hot cream slowly and go on beating,
- Pour the mixture into 4 10x15 cm shallow heat-proof dishes,
- Place the dishes into a baking sheet,
- Bake for 30 mins. in a 150 C degrees pre-heated oven,
- Remove from oven and set aside for 10 mins.,
- Sprinkle the brown sugar on top of creme brulees,
- Put the dishes on top rack of the oven and bake for 2-3 mins. at 220 C degrees,
- Serve hot or warm,
- You can sprinkle some lavender seeds on top while serving.
