Creme Brulee Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 egg yolks,
  • 300 ml heavy cream,
  • 4 tbsps white sugar,
  • 2 dessert spoons of vanilla sugar,
  • 2 tablespoonfull of brown sugar.

Preparation:

  1. Pour heavy cream in a sauce pan and cook in low heat,
  2. Remove from heat as soon as it starts to simmer,
  3. Add 4 tbsps of sugar and vanilla sugar to egg yolks and beat,
  4. Add hot cream slowly and go on beating,
  5. Pour the mixture into 4 10×15 cm shallow heat-proof dishes,
  6. Place the dishes into a baking sheet,
  7. Bake for 30 mins. in a 150 C degrees pre-heated oven,
  8. Remove from oven and set aside for 10 mins.,
  9. Sprinkle the brown sugar on top of creme brulees,
  10. Put the dishes on top rack of the oven and bake for 2-3 mins. at 220 C degrees,
  11. Serve hot or warm,
  12. You can sprinkle some lavender seeds on top while serving.
