Sauteed Chicken Breast Recipe


  • 1 chicken breast,
  • 1 onion,
  • 2 red peppers,
  • 4 green peppers,
  • 2 tomatoes,
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste,
  • 2 tsps ground red pepper,
  • 1/4 cup olive oil,
  • 2 cups water,
  • Salt,
  • Chopped parsley to garnish.


  1. Finely chop the onion, peppers and tomato, and cut the chicken breast into bite-size pieces,
  2. Heat the oil and cook the onion and peppers on medium heat until softened,
  3. Add the chicken and cook until browned,
  4. Add the tomato paste and stir for 2 mins,
  5. Add gound red pepper and stir,
  6. Add the tomato and cook until it absorbs all the water it initially releases,
  7. Add 2 cups water and salt, then cook on low heat for 5-10 mins,
  8. Serve with chopped parsley on top.
