Sauteed Chicken Breast Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast,
- 1 onion,
- 2 red peppers,
- 4 green peppers,
- 2 tomatoes,
- 1 tbsp tomato paste,
- 2 tsps ground red pepper,
- 1/4 cup olive oil,
- 2 cups water,
- Salt,
- Chopped parsley to garnish.
Preparation
- Finely chop the onion, peppers and tomato, and cut the chicken breast into bite-size pieces,
- Heat the oil and cook the onion and peppers on medium heat until softened,
- Add the chicken and cook until browned,
- Add the tomato paste and stir for 2 mins,
- Add gound red pepper and stir,
- Add the tomato and cook until it absorbs all the water it initially releases,
- Add 2 cups water and salt, then cook on low heat for 5-10 mins,
- Serve with chopped parsley on top.
