Corn Soup Recipe
Serving : 6 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 onion,
- 1 cup boiled corn,
- 1,5 tablespoons corn meal,
- 1 cup whole milk,
- 3 cups water,
- 3 tablespoons olive oil,
- Salt,
- Black pepper.
Preparation
- Finely chop the onion and sauté in oil until soft,
- Add the flour and stir for 2 mins,
- Add the milk and water while whisking to prevent lumping,
- Add the corn and cook until the soup thickens,
- Add the salt and pepper, stir and remove from heat.
