Avocado Salad With Cheese

Avocado salad with cheese is a suitable dish for whatever table you put it on. Are you going to have breakfast? Spread it on a slice of toasted bread and eat with tea or coffee. Lunch or dinner? Use it as a salad-appetizer. I love this kind of recipes which have alternative ways of use. Like a black blouse, it fit everywhere.

Although avocado is such a fruit in general, not every recipe with avocado is like that. Avocado salad with yogurt is not a suitable salad for breakfast, for example. On the other hand, although it will not suit everyone's taste, guacamole sauce is a delicious breakfast for me without garlic. In fact, a çoban salata with avocado can be a great breakfast provided that the onion is removed.

There is only one possible obstacle to the goodness of all these recipes I have mentioned, the avocados are bad. It is certain that you will not get a good result with an avocado that has darkened, and that has hard fibers. That's why I want your help for something that I have not been able to do with my personal effort until now. Now, we wholeheartedly want all the avocados cut by everyone who read this article to come out with a lush, soft and smooth consistency. It's not what will happen with everyone taking their chances for their own avocado, I think it's time to join forces.

Put the joke aside, I think an insurance system should be introduced for avocados. They are not cheap. It is very annoying that it turns out to be too bad to eat. I may be willing to pay some insurance fee to get a refund if my avocado comes out bad. If there is a brave heart with an entrepreneurial spirit among you, can use this idea. I have no request. But if you send a few avocados, I won't say no.

Returning to the avocado salad, I prefer hard, low fat cheese for this salad. I like to feel its granular texture in the salad. But you can also use fatty cheese if you wish. Pomegranate seeds are not necessary, but since they offer a complete visual feast, if there is a pomegranate at home, use it.

Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado,
  • 50 g of feta cheese,
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil,
  • 1/2 teaspoon of hot pepper flakes,
  • Salt,
  • Black pepper,
  • Extra cheese, pomegranate seeds and chopped parsley for topping.

Preparation

  1. Deseed and peel the avocado,
  2. Puree it by crushing with a fork,
  3. Add the cheese and mix,
  4. Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper and chili pepper and mix,
  5. Take the mixture into the serving plate,
  6. Sprinkle over chopped cheese, pomegranate seeds, and chopped parsley over it.
