Arugula Soup Recipe
Serving : 6 Servings
Ingredients
- 1/2 bunch arugula,
- 1 tablespoon butter,
- 2 tablespoons flour,
- 2 cups whole milk,
- 4 cups water,
- Salt.
Preparation
- Finely chop the arugula,
- Melt the butter in a pot,
- Add the flour and stir for 2 mins,
- Add the water and stir,
- After the water boils, add the arugula and cook for 10 mins on low heat,
- Add the milk and salt then stir,
- Then let it come to a boil again, boil for 1 min and remove from heat.
