Arugula Soup Recipe

Serving : 6 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 bunch arugula,
  • 1 tablespoon butter,
  • 2 tablespoons flour,
  • 2 cups whole milk,
  • 4 cups water,
  • Salt.

Preparation

  1. Finely chop the arugula,
  2. Melt the butter in a pot,
  3. Add the flour and stir for 2 mins,
  4. Add the water and stir,
  5. After the water boils, add the arugula and cook for 10 mins on low heat,
  6. Add the milk and salt then stir,
  7. Then let it come to a boil again, boil for 1 min and remove from heat.
