All you need is 2 steel pots and 2 lt water at room temperature. First turn one of the pts upside down. Then place the meat, which is deep freezed as 1-1,5 cm thick, on the pot. Pour 2 lt water in the other pot and place it on the meat. Now just wait for 5 mins. Meanwhile you can make your praparations for your dish. And here is your defrosted meat.
